If you have purchased any one (1) or more genuine, retail versions of the following Microsoft® Office 2007 suite products then you are eligible to receive a AUD$40.00 Fuel Card (StarCash Card) redeemable at any Caltex/ Ampol outlet, where EFTPOS facilities are available and operational: Microsoft® Office 2007 Home and Student Full version; Microsoft® Office 2007 Standard Full, Upgrade and Academic versions, Microsoft® Office 2007 Basic Media less License Kit (MLK), Microsoft® Office 2007 Small Business Full, Upgrade and MLK versions, Microsoft® Office 2007 Professional Full, Upgrade, Academic and MLK versions or Microsoft® Office 2007 Ultimate Full and Upgrade versions from participating retail outlets in Australia between 1st May 2008 and 31st July 2008. Valid claim confi rmations (together with a legible photocopy of the purchase receipt) must be received by the Promoter by no later than 5pm (Sydney time) on the 31st August 2008. You must fi ll in all of the details in the claim form online. The Promoter will not fulfi l against any incomplete claims. Print out your claim confi rmation with your claim number (emailed upon submission of your claim form online) and post this claim confi rmation with a legible photocopy (hand written receipts or delivery dockets will not be accepted) of the purchase receipt to the address specifi ed on the website above. 6. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 7. This Offer is for one StarCash Card per eligible Microsoft® Office 2007 product purchased. There is a maximum of 2 claims per customer. Each claim must be made on a separate online claim form for each eligible Microsoft® Office 2007 product purchased. Any costs associated with claiming the StarCash Card, accessing the promotional website and mailing in your claim confi rmation are the responsibility of the claimant. The StarCash Card amount is not transferable or exchangeable by the customer for cash. The StarCash Card will be in Australian Dollars. 8. All claims are subject to the Promoter's verifi cation checks and procedures, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Original receipts should be kept in case of audit. 9. Claims will be deemed invalid if the same claim confi rmation number is used on more than one claim. The Promoter will not accept liability for any claims that are not received by the Promoter, are lost or damaged. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is fi nal and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. Liability for any tax on any benefits provided to customers will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 11. StarCash Cards will be sent directly to the Australian address as stated on the claim form within 60 days of receipt of the completed claim form and valid proof of purchase. 12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for, and the claimant releases the Promoter from responsibility for, any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and servers) as a result of the claimant's participation in this promotion or the conduct of the promotion generally or as a direct or indirect result of an entrant's error, any technical problem of any kind including communications or network failure, unauthorised access to, transferring or theft of data, whether caused by the claimant or associated with the equipment or programming used in the conduct of this promotion. If, because of any such problem, this promotion is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the promotion's administration, security, fairness or integrity are compromised or affected, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or disqualify any entrant involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion in any way. 13. These conditions apply to any use of a Caltex StarCash Card ("Card") by any person ("Customer"):1. Acceptance of Conditions of Use. Any use of a Card by a Customer will be deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions. 2. Validity of Card. Where a signature panel is provided on a Card, the Customer must sign the Card immediately. Any relevant Card which has not been signed will not be accepted. 3. Verifi cation of Card. If a Card has a PIN verification, the customers must enter the PIN at the time of purchase. 4. Purchase of Goods and Services. The Card may only be used at Caltex/Ampol outlets where EFTPOS facilities are available and operational. The Card can be used to purchase (or part pay in conjunction with cash) any goods or services available at these outlets. 5. No cash. No cash out facilities are available with the Card and the Card is not redeemable for cash. 6. Customer Responsibility. Customer must ensure all details on any receipt are correct. Any dispute regarding receipt details is between the Customer and the Caltex outlet. 7. Non-Supply of Goods or Services. Caltex will have no liability to the Customer where an authorised dealer refuses to supply products or services to the Customer. 8. Property and Loss. The Card remains the property of Caltex. If any Card is lost or stolen, or if the Customer becomes aware of the possibility of any unauthorised use of the Card, the Customer must immediately notify Caltex on 1800 021 935. Until the Customer has given Caltex such notice, the Customer is liable for any unauthorised use of the Card. Caltex will not replace a Card with a face value of less than $150. If Caltex replaces any Card, a card replacement fee of $50.00 will be charged. 9. Purchase Limit. The total amount of purchases made by a Customer on a Card must not exceed the face value of the Card or reissued value of a replacement Card. The Caltex EPTPOS system will check for any purchase in excess of this limit. If the Customer's purchases exceed the face value of the Card, the Customer is liable to Caltex for the payment in cash of any such excess. 10. Expiry. The Card expires on the last day of the month stated on the Card, or if no month is stated, 12 months after the date of purchase of the Card. The Card cannot be used after the expiry date. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use. 11. Use of Card at Unmanned Locations. Cards can only be used at unmanned locations if they have PIN verification.
